Senior Test Automation Engineer Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM team in London. This position involves establishing and maintaining automated testing capabilities while also supporting manual testing to ensure the quality and reliability of CRM solutions.

Your Role:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Lead the implementation of automated testing strategies.
• Define automation frameworks, tooling standards, and quality gates.
• Expand automated regression testing capabilities.
• Create automated tests for various Dynamics 365 components.
• Conduct manual testing when automation is not applicable.
• Validate end-to-end customer journeys and ensure data integrity.
• Develop automated API test suites for integration validation.

Your Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse.
• Strong background in test automation and framework development.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, and Cypress.
• Experience in API testing using tools like Postman and REST Assured.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• Proficient in SQL and data validation techniques.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to analyze test results and manage defects.
