This role is crucial to the ongoing success of the game, which has been a top-grossing title since its launch in 2018. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the product owner for monetization and engagement initiatives in the live game.
• Lead the roadmap and execution of monthly content releases, ensuring they are cohesive and high-performing.
• Collaborate with various teams, including Game Design and Data Science, to deliver exceptional player experiences.
• Manage the monthly content calendar and ensure timely delivery of high-quality experiences.
• Use data and experimentation to improve monetization and retention strategies across the player lifecycle.
• Understand player behavior across different regions to implement effective personalization strategies.
• Work with economy and systems design teams to align content with long-term progression goals.
• Partner with UX and Community teams to translate player feedback into product improvements.
• Develop business cases for new initiatives, including competitive research and revenue forecasting.
• Mentor junior Product Managers and promote a culture of collaboration.
