We are seeking a Market Planning & Operations Manager for our EMEA Sales Operations team based in London. In this role, you will be responsible for leading market planning and operational strategies that drive sales growth across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the market planning and operations for the EMEA region, focusing on sales operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in sales operations or market planning, preferably within the technology or media industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
