  • Manage indirect tax audits, notices, and information requests, developing strategies to mitigate tax risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, procurement, accounting, and sales operations to ensure accurate taxability determinations and support system updates, business expansions, and product launches from a tax perspective.
  • Oversee the configuration and maintenance of indirect tax systems, driving process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and minimize errors.

  • In-depth technical knowledge of indirect tax principles.
  • Experience in designing and utilizing systems and software for compliance with indirect tax requirements.
  • Ability to translate complex tax issues into practical business advice and influence decision-making across various functional areas.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven leadership experience, including the hiring and development of tax professionals.
  • High initiative, ownership, sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, and interpersonal skills, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of £86,500 – £117,100 per year.
  • Hybrid working model designed to support both high performance and personal wellbeing.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
