As a Senior Manager in the Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) team within Financial Services at Capgemini, you will play a pivotal role in leading transformative AI initiatives. Your Role

This position requires a program leader with substantial technical knowledge, capable of managing intricate data and AI projects for significant Financial Services clients. You will oversee client relationships, project delivery, and team dynamics, ensuring that all aspects of the program are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-workstream data and AI programs, managing client relationships and team performance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, shaping AI strategies and investment cases.
• Define and oversee the business case for AI initiatives, ensuring measurable value is articulated.
• Make critical project execution decisions, including platform selection and project sequencing.
• Translate business challenges into AI-enabled products and workflows.
• Design operating models that integrate human roles with AI systems.
• Direct the design of data foundations and platforms, ensuring accountability for architectural decisions.
• Establish governance and operational practices for AI deployment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading large-scale data or AI programs.
• Success in delivering AI solutions into production, managing challenges effectively.
• Experience in the Financial Services sector with a solid understanding of relevant regulations.
• Technical credibility in data engineering or machine learning.
