Senior Manager, B2B Beyond Core Overview

In this role, you will work closely with the VP and the leadership team in Commercial & Operations to shape and execute a strategic vision for the European B2B market, with a strong emphasis on driving revenue growth from near-core and ICT/cloud products and services. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to identify growth opportunities, developing new products and services for the B2B/SME segment, and managing key partnerships with major hyperscalers such as Google, Amazon, and Microsoft.

You will also contribute to building necessary capabilities within operational companies, support training initiatives, and coordinate stakeholders involved in mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, you will organize knowledge-sharing sessions to keep abreast of industry trends and prepare updates for internal meetings to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the VP and leadership in Commercial & Operations to develop and implement a strategic vision for the European B2B market.
• Identify and create new products and services aimed at increasing revenue in the B2B/SME sector.
• Manage key B2B partnerships, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Contribute to the development of essential capabilities within operational companies.
• Assist in coordinating stakeholders for mergers and acquisitions.
• Organize knowledge-sharing sessions with industry peers.
• Prepare commercial and operational updates for internal meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and supporting commercial strategies.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication abilities to engage with various organizational levels.
• Experience working in a complex, international matrix environment.
• Collaborative mindset with robust stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on approach with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate strategy or commercial/B2B settings is preferred.
• Experience in management consulting or similar roles is desirable.
• Background in transformation or operations management is a plus.
• Familiarity with the telecommunications, media, or related industries is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a bonus.
