We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join our team in London, UK. This role is pivotal in leading the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, particularly within the banking domain. You will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they align with our business objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Salesforce projects within the banking domain.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Salesforce architecture roadmap, including data models, integrations, and customizations.
• Create detailed technical design documents, architectural diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
• Conduct architectural reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain deep expertise in the Salesforce platform.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them on best practices and design patterns.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate Salesforce technologies and tools to support business requirements.
• Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards and governance policies.
• Design and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Develop data migration strategies and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Design and optimize data models to meet business requirements and performance goals.
• Ensure proper data governance and security practices are in place.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Present architectural solutions and recommendations to senior management.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and CCPA, and implement necessary security measures.

Your Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in the banking sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience in designing scalable, robust, and secure Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of data management, integration strategies, and data governance.
• Ability to create technical documentation and architectural diagrams.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
• Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
• Familiarity with security compliance requirements and best practices.
