The Data team is responsible for delivering data, news, and analytics through innovative technology, ensuring quick and accurate service to clients globally. This role focuses on enhancing workflow efficiencies and implementing technology solutions to improve systems, products, and processes.

As a Senior Data Management Professional within the OTC Fixed Income Pricing team, you will be tasked with defining and executing data-driven strategies aimed at acquiring new content sets while maximizing the value of existing datasets. Your expertise in fixed income markets will guide you in designing initiatives that expand product offerings and address emerging client needs. You will work closely with internal partners and senior leaders to ensure customer-centric outcomes and manage third-party content investments effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement strategies to acquire new datasets and enhance existing ones.
• Ensure datasets are high quality and aligned with client needs.
• Design initiatives to expand product offerings in the fixed income market.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive customer-centric outcomes.
• Manage third-party content investments and mobilize cross-functional teams.
• Set and prioritize targets for discovering new datasets and track progress.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to align with their priorities.
• Lead Data Quality projects based on business needs.
• Manage budget and costs associated with third-party content.
• Lead campaigns to engage Relationship Managers and Technical Account Managers.
• Identify and close gaps in product offerings to meet client needs.
• Act as an ambassador for fixed income content within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, STEM, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in financial markets with a focus on fixed income.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate vision into measurable outcomes.
• Experience in driving cross-regional execution and strategic communication.
• Strategic mindset with a proactive approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
