We are currently looking for a Vice President to lead our Construction consulting business within the Transport, Infrastructure & Environment sector.

Your Role

In this senior position, you will be responsible for:

• Leading strategic relationships with major construction clients and positioning Capgemini as a trusted partner for digital transformation.
• Developing and marketing propositions in areas such as digital construction and AI-enabled project delivery.
• Driving the growth strategy for our Construction consulting business, focusing on expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
• Overseeing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact consulting projects.
• Generating approximately £4 million in annual consulting revenue.
• Acting as a recognized leader in digital construction through thought leadership and industry engagement.
• Engaging with C-suite executives to develop trusted relationships and assist in defining digital transformation strategies.
• Contributing to internal initiatives such as campaign development and team leadership.
• Supporting personal and team development through coaching and mentoring.

Your Profile

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Extensive consulting experience in technology advisory and digital transformation within the construction sector.
• Proven track record of delivering consulting services to construction clients.
• Expertise in digital construction technologies and their application to improve project outcomes.
• Established industry presence and strong client relationships.
• Strong understanding of construction industry challenges and emerging trends.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and shape consulting propositions.
• Experience in leading teams and driving commercial outcomes.
• Familiarity with proposition development and consulting engagement delivery.
• Currently employed in a leading consulting firm or the construction industry.
