The Project Manager role at Capgemini involves leading strategic change initiatives in the investment banking and financial services sectors. This position requires a seasoned delivery professional with a strong background in project and program management, adept at navigating complex initiatives across various stakeholders while managing delivery risks and ensuring successful execution within established timelines and budgets.

Your Role:

  • Programme & Project Management: Oversee the complete delivery of strategic projects and programs from initiation to implementation, defining project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource needs.
  • Agile & Delivery Management: Facilitate Agile ceremonies and apply SAFe Agile methodologies to support large-scale program delivery, managing delivery through both Agile and Waterfall approaches.
  • Testing & UAT Management: Supervise testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring alignment and preparation of business stakeholders for UAT execution.

Your Skills:

  • Essential: 15+ years of industry experience, primarily in Financial Services, with a minimum of 6-7 years in Project Management at AVP or equivalent level.
  • Strong experience in Investment Banking environments and a good understanding of the trade lifecycle.
  • Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience managing large-scale testing and UAT activities.
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and deliver projects under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

This role is hybrid, requiring a blend of working from company offices, client sites, and home, but not allowing for 100% remote work. Please note that the company is unable to sponsor visas for this position.
