Skills and Attributes for Success

• Demonstrated professional experience in full-stack development with increasing responsibilities.
• Proficient in JavaScript or TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Strong backend development skills using technologies like Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET.
• Proven experience in designing and building scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and strategies for unit, integration, and automated testing.
