Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to clients on a variety of international mobility issues.
- Oversee complex global tax projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery to major organizations.
- Manage a diverse portfolio, assisting both inbound expatriates to the UK and UK outbound assignees.
- Lead client engagements related to expatriate tax and global mobility.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of complex assignments.
- Offer strategic guidance on tax planning and compliance for employees working internationally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Identify and manage risks, conducting effective reviews and escalating issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with specialists in personal tax, employment tax, immigration, and reward to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients at all levels, demonstrating a strategic mindset and commercial awareness.
Requirements

- Proven experience in managing complex client portfolios.
