As a Senior Care Assistant at HC-One, you will embody kindness in every aspect of your role, which is crucial in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our residents by planning and delivering care that promotes their security, dignity, and independence.

Your responsibilities will include leading a team of Care Assistants to uphold the highest standards of care, assisting the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through various activities, and maintaining accurate records of care provided. Building strong relationships with residents and their families is essential to ensure personalized care plans are effectively implemented.

To qualify for this position, you should have completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Social Care and be willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification or equivalent. A background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of dementia care is preferred. Your positive energy, ability to connect with others, and effective time management skills will be crucial in this role.
