Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of complex research and engineering projects, focusing on the implementation and scaling of machine learning solutions that intersect with quantum computing.
• Translate classical and quantum algorithms into efficient and sustainable code, ensuring a balance between implementation time and design simplicity.
• Promote effective communication between research and engineering teams by advocating for code readability and engineering best practices, while also producing comprehensive design documentation.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in machine learning, engineering, and software development, particularly using Python.
• Familiarity with data structures and algorithms in either academic or industry contexts.
• A PhD in a relevant scientific or computational discipline is preferred.
• Experience with modern machine learning paradigms such as diffusion models, transformers, and agentic tools, as well as knowledge of quantum computing concepts.
