We are looking for a PMO Consultant with extensive experience in the Capital Markets sector to assist in the delivery of business and technology change initiatives. This role involves working within complex program environments where you will provide essential PMO governance, reporting, planning, and coordination support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting PMO governance activities across Capital Markets projects and programs, ensuring compliance with established delivery frameworks and controls.
- Coordinating project plans, milestones, dependencies, and actions while maintaining accurate tracking and reporting of delivery.
- Producing high-quality status reports, dashboards, and management information for stakeholders involved in the program.
- Maintaining RAID logs to ensure that risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies are accurately documented and tracked until resolution.
- Collaborating with project managers, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to facilitate program governance, planning, and decision-making.
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in Capital Markets with a solid understanding of Capital Markets products, trade lifecycle processes, market infrastructure, and financial services operations.
- Proven experience in PMO project coordination or support within Capital Markets transformation, regulatory operations, or technology programs.
- Strong background in reporting and governance, including status reporting, milestone tracking, RAID management, and production of management information.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across both business and technology teams.
- Highly organized and analytical, with a keen attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
