As a Pharma R&D Data Advisory Lead, you will play a pivotal role in transforming pharmaceutical Research & Development for Life Sciences clients through the effective use of data, AI, and automation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on enhancing pharmaceutical R&D through data and analytics.
- Assess current capabilities and develop strategies to improve scientific innovation and decision-making.
- Collaborate with leaders in various R&D functions to align technology investments with business objectives.
- Establish trusted R&D data foundations through governance and modern architectures.
- Lead the application of semantic technologies to unify scientific information across systems.
- Identify high-value opportunities for AI and advanced analytics in R&D.
- Provide strategic direction on data architecture and technology solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and support business development initiatives.
- Contribute to the growth of Capgemini’s Life Sciences practice through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
