The role of Partner Solution Architect for Regional System Integrators and Strategic Partners at Google involves serving as the pre-sales solution design authority for key partners across the EMEA region. This position is crucial for understanding customer needs and shaping how businesses leverage technology to connect with their stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate VIP bootcamps and hackathons for partners to expedite business cycles and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Provide specialized pre-sales architectural support for Regional System Integrators (RSIs) and strategic partners in the South region, acting as a technical counterpart to Account Customer Engineers to resolve complex agreements or tailor partner activation.
- Oversee the technical review and validation of high-impact Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure a clear path to production and secure Partner funding Return on Investment (ROI).
- Serve as the regional pre-sales design authority by creating baseline enterprise replicable assets, such as functional AI demonstrations.
- Lead in-depth technical sessions and hackathons for the regional Partner Tech Community to enhance enablement on a large scale.
- Contribute to the establishment, operation, and maintenance of the EMEA Partner Tech Community.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in cloud-native architecture within a customer-facing or support capacity.
- Proficiency in public cloud architecture, including areas such as compute, networking, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and microservices.
- Experience in pre-sales acceleration, managing technical proof of concepts (PoCs), and conducting technical workshops.
