Wipro is seeking a visionary leader for the role of Partner – Payments Consulting Lead, aimed at scaling our Payments consulting business within the UKI market. This position is pivotal in defining our Payments advisory strategy and establishing Wipro as a market leader in AI transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Payments consulting business across the UKI region, focusing on revenue growth and market presence.
  • Define and implement the Payments advisory and consulting strategy for the region.
  • Build and manage a high-impact consulting practice that positions Wipro as a leader in AI transformation.
  • Develop senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to CXOs on AI-led transformation and critical business initiatives.
  • Oversee large-scale transformation programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify and convert consulting opportunities to drive profitable growth.
  • Manage complex, multi-shore engagements with a focus on commercial accountability.
  • Create thought leadership and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with clients and partners.
  • Proven track record in generating consulting business from both new and existing accounts.
  • Established networks within the UKI Banking & Financial Services market.
  • Experience in managing multi-shore consulting projects that deliver sustainable value.
  • Strong advocacy for AI-powered transformation and digital adoption in Banking & Financial Services.
  • Expertise in defining transformation propositions using core and disruptive technologies.
  • Ability to lead strategic execution, manage change, and motivate teams to achieve results.
  • Experience in project and program management, with strong storytelling and executive communication skills.
