Solution Architect Overview

This position involves leading the design and implementation of an enterprise knowledge platform that supports AI agents across various sectors, including Insurance, Payments, and Healthcare. The role requires overseeing the architecture and governance of enterprise knowledge graphs, focusing on ontology design, semantic modeling, and graph-based retrieval capabilities.

The successful candidate will develop and enhance end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Graph RAG solutions to improve response accuracy and contextual relevance. They will establish standards for context engineering, manage the entire AI knowledge lifecycle, and design frameworks for agent memory that facilitate knowledge retrieval.

Additionally, the role includes implementing permission-aware retrieval systems, creating evaluation frameworks, and developing data flywheel processes that convert operational data into high-quality datasets for AI models. Collaboration with product, engineering, security, and governance teams is essential to deliver scalable and compliant AI solutions.

Key Skills Required

• Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise knowledge graphs and semantic data models.
