As a Partner Lead in the Creative Tech team at Google, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with some of the world’s leading creative technology and production companies. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that Google’s strategic objectives are effectively translated into local execution, thereby enhancing the impact of our partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture global partnerships with key creative tech and production entities, ensuring alignment with Google’s strategic objectives.
  • Execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track technical return on investment and partner performance.
  • Coordinate efforts between Global Agency teams and the Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams to translate high-level strategies into actionable local plans.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for onboarding partners, including incentives and certifications, while co-creating go-to-market narratives.
  • Promote the adoption of Google Ads APIs and Generative AI tools among partners to streamline processes and enhance creative quality.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling across multiple markets and empower partners through training and co-marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
  • At least 8 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing; or 6 years with an advanced degree.
  • Proven experience working with advertisers, agencies, or production partners.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and training as necessary.
  • Experience in navigating complex organizational structures to resolve issues and manage escalations effectively.
  • Strong understanding of the creative and production lifecycle, ad trafficking, and the intersection of asset production with enterprise advertising.
  • Ability to engage with C-suite executives while also addressing technical challenges alongside Product and Sales Engineering teams.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $138,000 – $201,000 (USD) plus a bonus target of 60% and equity options.
