We are seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join a key client program, focusing on the design, implementation, and optimization of payroll processes within Oracle Cloud HCM. This role is crucial for leading a significant transformation project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of payroll processes within Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Oversee payroll workstreams and make critical functional decisions.
- Engage with stakeholders effectively, presenting solutions in a clear manner.
- Produce design proposals, cost estimates, and delivery timelines.
- Develop or enhance methodologies, assets, accelerators, or offerings related to HCM.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in Global HR and UK Payroll.
- Demonstrated experience as a subject matter expert in UK Payroll and taxation.
- Experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM.
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end HR and payroll business processes.
- Proven ability to design and architect Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
