As a Cloud Programme Manager at Capgemini Invent, you will be at the forefront of leading transformative cloud and infrastructure initiatives for enterprise clients. Your role will encompass managing the entire lifecycle of these programs, from strategic planning to the realization of benefits, ensuring that each project is aligned with business objectives.

Your Role

In this position, you will:

• Lead multi-workstream cloud transformation programs, including migrations, data center exits, and platform modernization across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Establish and maintain program governance, including business case development, roadmap creation, and executive reporting.
• Define and track program benefits, collaborating with finance and business stakeholders to translate technical changes into measurable outcomes.
• Guide cross-functional teams and manage supplier relationships to ensure successful program delivery.
• Utilize AI and GenAI tools to enhance program execution and lead initiatives that incorporate AI and data workload modernization.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology-driven transformation and thrive in a dynamic, matrixed environment. Key qualifications include:

• Experience in leading medium to large cloud and infrastructure programs, preferably in a consulting context.
• Proficiency in cloud migration and modernization with AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with familiarity in DevOps and related areas.
• Strong program governance skills, including business case and scope management.
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders across various senior roles.
• Experience with AI or data workloads is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications such as MSP, PMP, or Scrum are advantageous.
