As a Managing Consultant / Senior Manager in the Energy Retail team at Capgemini Invent, you will be instrumental in leading and delivering complex transformation programs. Your role involves guiding clients through strategic planning to execution, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and ensuring that solutions are both innovative and practical. You will lead cross-functional teams to help organizations navigate disruptions and build resilient operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading complex transformation programs for large organizations, focusing on operational improvements and cost reduction.
- Driving business development by identifying client improvement opportunities and leading proposals.
- Contributing to the growth of the Energy & Utilities practice through thought leadership and team development.
- Enhancing customer experiences by redesigning customer journeys and aligning business and technology transformations.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 8 years of consulting or relevant industry experience, particularly in the GB retail energy market.
- Experience managing teams and multiple workstreams in complex delivery environments.
- Proven ability to deliver technology-driven transformation programs in Energy Retail.
- Expertise in CRM and billing platforms, with a focus on re-platforming initiatives.
- Experience in driving operational improvements and managing industry changes.
