As a Senior Manager within the AI & Digital Trust practice at Capgemini Invent, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex client engagements and shaping strategic solutions that address cybersecurity and Digital Trust challenges. Your expertise will help organizations navigate emerging risks while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making at the C-suite level, and ensuring the quality of client engagements. You will also drive business development efforts through proposition development and thought leadership, while building and scaling Digital Trust capabilities within the organization.

In this role, you will coach and develop a team of consultants and managers, fostering a high-performance culture and preparing future leaders. You will have the opportunity to contribute to various business development activities, including proposals and client pitches.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a major consulting firm or relevant industry, with a strong consulting background. You should demonstrate a proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organization and have experience in proposition building and delivery. Strong business development skills are essential, with a track record of generating approximately £1 million in consulting revenues. Recognized expertise in GenAI Security and Risk management will be advantageous.
