We are seeking a skilled Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Developer with substantial experience in the London Markets and Lloydâs of London to support intricate Property & Casualty insurance programs. This role emphasizes the configuration, customization, and integration of Guidewire PolicyCenter within large-scale enterprise insurance platforms.
Your Role:
- Design, develop, and maintain configuration components for Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Enhance and develop GOSU code, including creating custom GOSU plugins.
- Configure various elements such as Product Model, PCFs, Underwriting Rules, Admin Data, and Activities.
- Utilize rating configuration experience when applicable.
- Work with Guidewire Web Services using SOAP/REST and XML.
- Apply a strong understanding of Guidewire configuration concepts and best practices.
- Support workflows specific to the London Market, including delegated authority and bordereaux processing.
- Collaborate with both business and technical teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Your Skills:
- 8 to 10 years of overall experience with Guidewire applications.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in PolicyCenter configuration development.
- Proficient in Java, GOSU, GOSU Plugins, Product Model, Underwriting Rules, PCFs, Admin Data, and Activities.
- Experience with Lloydâs of London insurance platforms and integrations.
- Familiarity with Lloydâs of London processes, including syndicates, coverholders, binders, and slips.
- Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
