Join Capgemini Invent as a Managing Consultant / Senior Manager in the Energy Retail team, where you will be instrumental in shaping and executing complex transformation programs for clients. Your role will involve acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring that solutions are both innovative and practical.

In this position, you will focus on driving operational improvements, enhancing customer experiences, and strengthening market competitiveness. You will work closely with clients to tackle significant challenges, including redesigning customer journeys and aligning business and technology transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex transformation programs from strategy to execution.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and ensure innovative solutions.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Identify client improvement opportunities and lead business development initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of the Energy & Utilities practice through thought leadership and team development.
  • Map customer journeys and implement strategies to improve engagement and satisfaction.
  • Drive operational improvements through new working models and organizational design.
  • Support clients in navigating market and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of consulting or relevant industry experience in the GB retail energy market.
  • Experience managing teams and multiple workstreams in complex environments.
  • Proven track record in delivering technology-driven transformation programs.
  • Expertise in customer experience strategy and operational improvements.
  • Experience with CRM and billing platforms.
  • Ability to leverage emerging technologies to enhance business outcomes.
  • Strong business development skills with a relevant network.
