We are currently seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Energy Transition & Utilities practice, focusing on the nuclear sector. This role is pivotal as we respond to the growing demand for advisory and consulting services in this area.

Your Role

As a senior leader in our Nuclear team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading significant nuclear energy projects that support clients and the UK in achieving a sustainable energy future.
  • Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of experts across various fields, including civil engineering and emerging technologies.
  • Engaging with clients at all levels to enhance project execution and operational performance.
  • Shaping strategy and driving growth within our nuclear business.
  • Building and maintaining senior client relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Coaching junior team members and modeling our core values.
  • Contributing to business development and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Experience in the civil nuclear sector, including engineering, construction, and operations.
  • Excellent consulting skills, ideally from a major consulting firm.
  • Strong commercial understanding and the ability to leverage networks for business growth.
  • Experience in driving improvement initiatives across the civil nuclear lifecycle.
  • Success in navigating a matrixed organization to deliver consulting solutions.
