Your role will involve working with leading financial organizations to navigate market infrastructure transformations, focusing on regulatory, technological, and operational aspects. You will leverage your proven delivery experience in banking to foster strong relationships and provide value to both existing and prospective clients. You will also contribute to building the Invent brand portfolio and provide thought leadership in key areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow one or more accounts within the Invent offering portfolio.
• Proactively establish new connections and collaborate with the team to maximize client impact.
• Work with top financial institutions to develop and implement the banking institutions of the future.
• Design and lead project streams while contributing to Capgemini’s growth through successful delivery.
• Identify and analyze issues that may affect the successful adoption of proposed solutions.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in business performance.
• Engage in business development activities, including proposals and client pitches.
• Contribute to internal initiatives such as campaign development and practice enhancement.
• Participate in learning and development opportunities to support personal growth.

Qualifications:

• Deep experience in Banking and Consulting with innovative insights into the industry.
• Experience across various banking sectors, including payments and investment banking.
• Hands-on knowledge of banking products and regulatory changes, with experience in project management or analysis.
• Familiarity with financial services regulations and the three lines of defense model.
• Experience in developing technology roadmaps in banking, including digital, AI, cloud, DLT, and cryptocurrency.
• Understanding of the quant model life cycle and optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of ESG factors is advantageous.
• Proven experience in managing teams and developing talent.
• Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and gain support for consulting solutions.
• Background in business development, leveraging existing relationships and personal networks.
