We are seeking a motivated individual to join our breast imaging team, with the opportunity for a trainee mammographer to be considered for this role.

The Breast Screening Service operates from Russells Hall Hospital and includes multiple assessment centers and mobile units serving the Dudley, Wolverhampton, and South Staffordshire areas. As a Band 6 Mammographer, you will be responsible for performing mammograms and ensuring patient care meets our high standards.

Main Duties:

• Conduct mammography procedures and provide patient support.
• Participate in quality assurance programs.
• Work across various locations, including mobile units and static sites.
• Collaborate with the breast imaging team to deliver effective services.

Qualifications and Experience:

• HCPC Registered Radiographer with current experience in Mammography.
• Certificate in Competence in Mammography is required.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of handling sensitive information.
