An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Graduate Process Engineer to join a prominent semiconductor manufacturing company located in Oldham, Greater Manchester. This permanent position offers a competitive salary along with a range of benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage lots on hold due to quality or electrical issues, ensuring timely feedback to the relevant process teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance site yield.
- Oversee and maintain automotive process controls including DPAT, SYL, and SBL.
- Develop and manage PROMIS routes, yield and quality reports, as well as data scripts using Python/R and SPC tools.
- Assist in the introduction of new products and contribute to Six Sigma improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
Skills & Experience
- A degree in Electronics, Physics, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with semiconductor physics and wafer fabrication processes.
- Strong analytical abilities along with effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and innovative environment with opportunities for career advancement.
