As a GTM Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth efforts of Profound, an innovative AI marketing platform utilized by a significant portion of the Fortune 500. This position is not a traditional Sales Development Representative role; instead, it focuses on outbound prospecting and shaping customer engagement in a dynamic AI landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead outbound initiatives by identifying and engaging with high-potential prospects across various key industries.
- Implement personalized and structured outreach campaigns aimed at generating qualified meetings and building a sales pipeline.
- Manage a high volume of outreach while ensuring precision, quality, and consistency in messaging and follow-up.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine targeting strategies, messaging, and conduct go-to-market experiments.
- Contribute to the development of outbound playbooks and prospecting strategies as the team expands.
Qualifications
- Possess intelligence, persistence, and self-motivation, with a keen interest in cold outbound sales and development.
- Be highly coachable and receptive to feedback, demonstrating a willingness to continuously improve your approach.
- Comfortable managing numerous high-quality interactions and resilient when facing rejection.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to personalize outreach, ensuring prospects feel genuinely understood.
- Motivated to learn the entire sales cycle and aspire to progress towards an Account Executive role over time.
Location and Compensation
This is an onsite position based in one of our offices located in New York City, London, or Singapore. The expected base salary for this role is $80,000 before commission, with an on-target earnings estimate of $115,000 for NYC.
