As a Graduate Product Communications Manager, you will take on a pivotal role in shaping our product communication strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with development teams to maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the product lifecycle.
• Creating engaging content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, in-app messages, and emails, utilizing AI to boost creativity and efficiency.
• Overseeing online communities to enhance the public perception of products, fostering customer understanding, trust, and adoption.
• Conducting market intelligence by monitoring product performance, customer feedback, and industry trends, adjusting communication strategies based on measurable outcomes.
