As a Graduate Aerospace Integration Engineer at BAE Systems, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering advanced technology-led solutions in the defense and aerospace sectors. This role is based in Brough (Hull) and offers a competitive salary along with a welcome bonus, while requiring on-site attendance 4-5 days a week.
Role Overview
Integration Engineers adopt a holistic approach to ensure that various component systems are effectively combined to meet product capabilities. Your responsibilities will include planning and integrating engineering activities to ensure timely and quality delivery throughout the engineering lifecycle. You will engage with customers to understand their requirements and translate these into clear engineering specifications.
Core Duties
- Utilize your engineering expertise to solve problems throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage projects comprehensively while enhancing your technical understanding of the products.
- Collaborate with your team and other departments to develop advanced engineering solutions, supporting decision-making for capability optimization, interoperability, and risk reduction.
- Work on early lifecycle projects for Future Combat Air System (FCAS) or support the Eurofighter Typhoon with new systems, as well as innovate for future projects in FalconWorks.
- Apply systems engineering techniques to define and develop a complete product architecture.

Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you must have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a minimum of a 2:2 Bachelorâs degree or a pass at Masterâs level in Aerospace Engineering, another engineering discipline, or any STEM subject.

This is a permanent position with a start date of September 6, 2027.
