Global Process Owner Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Global Process Owner to lead complex procurement processes in a high-impact role. This position focuses on improving procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, implementing systems, and developing content strategies as part of a transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the P2P processes, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead system implementation, preferably with Jaggaer or similar SaaS platforms.
• Conduct detailed process mapping and engineering, converting stakeholder requirements into actionable improvements.
• Utilize UX and user-centered design principles, including user research and usability testing.
• Develop and deliver a product/digital roadmap for P2P processes and associated systems.
• Establish and track KPIs to assess adoption, performance, and process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives post-launch, focusing on optimizing content and workflows.
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within SaaS or digital transformation environments.
• Proven track record in content/process transformation, including roadmap delivery and stakeholder prioritization.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in complex process mapping, analytics, and problem-solving.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge or awareness of compliance, governance, and regulatory reporting in procurement or digital systems.
• Desirable: Direct experience with Jaggaer or similar commercial/procurement systems.
• Background in commercial or defense transformation programs.
• Formal certifications: Agile, Scrum, Prince2, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).
• Experience mentoring and developing teams, delivering content strategies, and maintaining content guidelines.
