As a Manager in the Finance & Enterprise Value practice at Capgemini Invent, you will leverage your expertise in Finance Transformation Consulting while also engaging with the broader Enterprise Model & Strategy portfolio. Your role will involve leading strategic transformation projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and contributing to practice development.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of strategic transformation projects within the Finance & Enterprise Value practice, ensuring collaboration with team members and clients to identify and address business challenges.
• Develop and present actionable insights and recommendations based on solid evidence, ensuring they withstand client scrutiny.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor at all levels.
• Provide leadership for assigned offerings, including the creation and evolution of playbooks and toolkits to foster innovation and enhance market position.
• Coach and manage team members to support their development and performance during project delivery.
• Contribute to the growth of the Finance & Enterprise Value practice by engaging in business development activities and supporting recruitment efforts.
• Drive the commercialisation and growth of assigned solutions to meet business objectives, aiming to achieve sales targets of £0.5 million.

Your Profile

• Demonstrated experience in consulting and leadership, with a proven track record of building and leading teams and managing projects to successful outcomes.
• Experience in performance improvement techniques and familiarity with the finance value chain, having led projects in at least two core finance processes such as O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A, T2F, or Treasury.
• Background in multiple target industries, including Public Sector, Energy Transition & Utilities, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Automotive & Life Sciences, or Technology, Media, Telecoms & Services.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members to define business challenges and develop solutions, employing a fact-based approach.
• Experience in managing relationships with senior executives and delivering complex transformation projects in large or international organizations.
• Proven business development skills, including the ability to sell additional resources and shape strategic accounts within an industry sector.
• Fully qualified UK Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong technical knowledge and the ability to develop actionable strategies.
