The End-to-End (E2E) Test Lead role at Capgemini focuses on leading testing activities within complex banking programs, ensuring high-quality outcomes through effective planning, execution, automation, and collaboration with stakeholders. This position is integral to driving testing strategies, managing risks, and fostering continuous improvement while overseeing testing teams across various applications and platforms.
Your Role:
- Define and manage the end-to-end test strategy, including scope and plans.
- Lead test execution, manage defect tracking, and provide reporting across multiple projects.
- Drive the adoption of test automation, enhance frameworks, and select suitable tools.
- Manage test environments, test data, and integration dependencies.
- Conduct risk assessments to ensure adequate test coverage.
- Collaborate with business, development, architecture, and delivery teams.
- Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and proactively escalate issues.
- Mentor and support test analysts and junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
Your Skills:
- Strong experience leading E2E testing for large-scale banking or financial services programs.
- Expertise in test planning, execution, automation, and defect management.
- Good knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps delivery models.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, HP ALM/Quality Center, Selenium, Jenkins, and API testing tools.
- Understanding of system integration, middleware, data testing, and mainframe/open systems environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Domain knowledge in Retail/Personal Banking, including payments, cards, savings, insurance products, customer and risk systems, general ledger and accounting, and online and mobile banking.
