We are currently seeking a Financial Solutions Market Specialist focused on Fixed Income within the European Emerging Markets, based in London.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize extensive market experience and knowledge of industry trends to drive revenue for Bloomberg’s terminal and Enterprise solutions.
• Act as an advisor to clients, addressing their challenges and demonstrating how Bloomberg’s products can resolve these issues.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and its impact on both internal and external stakeholders.
• Influence product direction through thought leadership and innovative contributions, while fostering relationships with key decision-makers at Bloomberg.
• Create and maintain a roadmap of initiatives that align with the company’s product and sales objectives, regularly reporting on progress and challenges.
• Engage in new projects that support departmental and company-wide goals, and seek additional opportunities for impact through mentoring and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Fixed Income markets, either on the buy-side or sell-side, with substantial exposure to macroeconomic analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of economic indicators, interest rates, inflation dynamics, and yield curve analysis.
• Proficient in using the Bloomberg Terminal or a similar platform, particularly with Fixed Income and macroeconomic functionalities.
• Strong commercial judgment and business acumen, capable of making impactful decisions based on market expertise.
• Ability to convey complex market concepts and solutions in a clear and engaging manner to diverse audiences.
• Exceptional presentation, training, and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with senior market professionals.
• Willingness to travel across Emerging Europe, typically 6 to 9 nights per month, to enhance client relationships.
• Business fluency in a major Eastern European language is advantageous but not mandatory.
