Main Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for patients in the Discharge Lounge post-surgery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate efficient patient discharge processes.
• Encourage innovative ideas to improve patient care and operational workflows.
• Support the development of nursing staff and contribute to service enhancement.

Requirements

• Registered nurse with relevant clinical experience in cardiothoracic surgery.
• Experience in shift coordination and staff management is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic situations and proactively solve problems.
• IV accreditation and completion of a specialist clinical course are mandatory.
• A first degree or progress towards one is required; a mentorship course is desirable.
