We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to join our Operations & Industry Domain Solutions (OIDS) team, focusing on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. This role is pivotal in guiding complex transformations and delivering significant business value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain senior client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives on strategic transformation agendas within the TMT sector.
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of large-scale transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, governance, and successful execution.
• Lead and mobilize diverse teams across business design, process engineering, and technology to deliver projects effectively and efficiently.
• Inspire and cultivate high-performance teams across various geographies, promoting an inclusive culture and strong risk management practices.
• Define program strategies, transformation roadmaps, and governance frameworks that align with client objectives and Deloitte methodologies.
• Manage program budgets, financial forecasting, and commercial management to ensure profitability and value delivery.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments, facilitating alignment and resolution of critical issues among client functions and internal teams.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to program standards while promoting continuous improvement across all workstreams.
• Drive growth within the OIDS TMT practice by identifying new opportunities and leading proposals and pitches.
• Act as a visible leader within Deloitte, mentoring talent, contributing to thought leadership, and shaping the strategic direction of the OIDS TMT practice.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience at the Director level, leading complex transformation initiatives in media, telecoms, or technology sectors with a proven record of delivering measurable results.
• In-depth understanding of operational dynamics and industry trends in TMT, capable of translating insights into actionable transformation strategies.
• Experience utilizing AI, automation, and digital technologies to enhance operational processes and deliver client value.
• Demonstrated success in building trusted relationships with senior executives and influencing strategic decisions.
• Strong commercial acumen with a history of generating and developing new business opportunities, including leading bids and proposals.
• Experience in contributing to the growth of management teams, including proposition development and talent coaching.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues into clear narratives for executive-level presentations.
• Expertise in one or more TMT domains such as telecoms, media, or technology, with specific knowledge in areas like network transformation, content supply chains, or AI applications.
