We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director to lead transformation initiatives within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in operational design and delivery to help clients navigate complex challenges and drive significant business value.

As a Director in Operations & Industry Domain Solutions (OIDS), you will guide large-scale transformation programs, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining senior client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives on strategic transformation agendas within the TMT sector.
• Overseeing the comprehensive delivery of large-scale transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, governance, and successful execution.
• Leading and mobilizing diverse teams across business design, process engineering, data, and technology to deliver programs effectively and efficiently.
• Shaping and inspiring multi-capability teams, fostering an inclusive culture with a focus on quality and risk management.
• Defining program strategy, transformation roadmap, governance frameworks, and delivery plans that align with client objectives and Deloitte methodologies.
• Managing program budgets, financial forecasting, and commercial management to ensure profitability and value delivery.
• Navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, facilitating alignment and decision-making among clients, third parties, and internal teams.
• Ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to program standards, promoting continuous improvement across workstreams.
• Driving growth of the OIDS TMT practice by identifying opportunities and leading proposals and pitches.
• Acting as a visible leader within Deloitte, mentoring talent and contributing to thought leadership and strategic direction.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Significant experience at the Director level, leading complex transformation programs in media, telecoms, or technology sectors with a proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
• In-depth understanding of operational dynamics and industry trends in TMT, capable of translating insights into practical transformation strategies.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation, data, and digital technologies to enhance operational processes and create client value.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong commercial acumen with a history of generating and developing new business opportunities, including leading proposals and bids.
• Experience in contributing to the growth of a management or leadership team, including proposition development and talent coaching.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in one or more TMT domains such as telecoms, media, or technology, with specific knowledge in areas like network transformation, content supply chains, or AI applications.
