Delivery Lead – Operational Technology Overview

We are seeking a Delivery Lead to join a significant cyber security transformation initiative within the Operational Technology (OT) workstream. This role is essential for safeguarding and enhancing the systems that support large-scale manufacturing operations.

The Delivery Lead will be responsible for converting strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the required quality and security standards. Collaboration with operational teams, technology functions, cyber security experts, and suppliers will be crucial to support the implementation of OT security initiatives, enhance regulatory compliance, and instill sustainable security practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily delivery of OT cyber projects, coordinating efforts between internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Maintain governance over delivery processes, tracking risks, dependencies, milestones, and benefits realization.
• Support the execution of pilots, deployments, and site rollouts, capturing feedback to refine processes.
• Contribute to the establishment of governance frameworks, operational models, and a culture of sustainable security.

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive project or delivery leadership experience, particularly with complex OT or cyber security initiatives.
• Knowledge of OT/industrial systems (such as SCADA, PLCs, MES, HMI) and cyber security principles.
• Experience in managing dependencies, risks, and delivery across multiple stakeholders and locations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
