CRM Specialist Overview

As a CRM Specialist at Tripadvisor, you will be an integral part of the CRM Operations team, focusing on enhancing communications with members through various channels. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the United Kingdom, with occasional travel to company offices as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute communications with Tripadvisor members via email campaigns, app push notifications, and site banners.
• Utilize marketing automation platforms to create audiences, campaign logic, and templates based on technical specifications.
• Handle translation requests for communications sent in multiple languages.
• Conduct thorough testing of all work to identify and resolve bugs, and approve teammates’ work following the quality assurance process.
• Produce and send 3-5 email campaigns weekly, updating templates with new copy, images, and links.

Qualifications

• Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• At least 2 years of experience in email production within a corporate environment, particularly focusing on B2C.
• Experience with the customer engagement platform Braze is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, overseeing large cross-functional projects and numerous weekly launches.
• Patience and professionalism when clarifications are needed or requirements change.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with senior leaders and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and decision-making in daily tasks.
