We are seeking a talented Creative Performance Designer to join our in-house team at Vitality. This role is crucial for developing impactful, full-funnel advertising across various platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, Display, and Google. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating conversion-focused assets that effectively drive awareness and acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce acquisition creatives in various formats including static, motion, and lightweight video for platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Display, and Google Ads.
- Ensure a steady stream of new creative content is launched every 60 days across Health, Life, and SME sectors while maintaining brand consistency and optimizing based on performance data.
- Utilize Gen AI tools like Adobe Firefly and Adobe Express to quickly generate visual concepts, variations, and prototypes, while creating internal libraries and workflows to enhance team efficiency.
- Enhance productivity by employing AI-driven applications and automation tools to streamline the creation of social and performance assets, developing repeatable templates for rapid iteration.
- Collaborate closely with the Acquisition team to grasp performance metrics, objectives, and channel specifications, translating testing outcomes into actionable creative strategies.
- Ensure all creative outputs are delivered on schedule, meet platform-specific technical standards, and adhere to best practices for brand and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Champion brand application across all performance creatives, ensuring visual identity, tone, and messaging consistency in every asset produced.
- Balance the need for performance optimization with brand-building strategies, delivering work that is both conversion-oriented and distinctly on-brand.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of how creative execution impacts performance across various advertising ecosystems including Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Display.
- Demonstrated experience in creating high-performing acquisition creatives, preferably in a performance-focused environment, with a solid grasp of platform formats and best practices.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.
- Practical experience with Gen AI tools for generating images, layouts, or videos, such as Firefly, Adobe Express, Claude, and Gemini.
- Familiarity with production acceleration tools like Adobe Express or similar creative automation technologies.
- Proven ability to create engaging content that captures attention, particularly in short-form video and high-engagement formats.
- A strong portfolio showcasing visual craftsmanship and examples of successful paid social creatives, ideally including video clips or ads that demonstrate high engagement potential.
- Understanding of how brand consistency and creative distinctiveness contribute to long-term performance, with the ability to apply brand guidelines flexibly across high-volume outputs.

This position is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the Vitality London Office, and is a full-time role comprising 37.5 hours per week. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
