The Commercial Graduate Programme

This program is crafted to evaluate your commercial skills and refine your abilities for a position at one of our trading desks. Participants will support traders in areas such as risk management, analytics, chartering, and operations, with opportunities to rotate among these functions. Additionally, there is a chance to gain experience in our physical Assets business, providing valuable insights into a critical component of commodity trading.

We seek recent graduates or those soon to graduate who have a strong record of individual accomplishments and are interested in a stimulating career in the commodities industry. Application Requirements

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree at 2.1 or above in a relevant field such as STEM, finance, or economics.
• Demonstrated interest in the commodities sector through relevant experience in finance, energy, or oil industries.
• Proficiency in another language is advantageous but not essential.
