Join a leading company in AI Search technology, Algolia, as a Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on the Dutch-speaking market. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving pipeline growth by engaging in strategic outbound prospecting and managing high-intent inbound opportunities within your assigned accounts.
Your responsibilities will include building a qualified sales pipeline, collaborating with Account Executives to develop account strategies, and conducting thorough research to identify key decision-makers. You will create personalized outreach campaigns across various channels and ensure timely follow-up on inbound inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
To succeed in this position, you should be fluent in Dutch and English, with a background in business development or sales, preferably in a SaaS environment. Strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are essential.
