We are seeking enthusiastic and talented graduates from various disciplines to join our Analyst team as Business Analysts who speak Mandarin. In this role, you will engage in exciting projects that span different healthcare environments, allowing you to gather requirements and work alongside Software Developers to create new functionalities.

The position encompasses elements of business analysis, systems analysis, and project management, ensuring that you will continually encounter new learning opportunities. Your initial project may involve developing features to assist hospitals in managing patient flow within busy emergency departments, while subsequent projects could include designing and launching applications for patients in rural areas of China.

As a Mandarin speaker, you will have the chance to apply your language skills during regular trips to China, enhancing your professional experience while also acquiring valuable skills in the office.

Requirements

• A degree with a minimum classification of 2:1 or higher.
• A minimum of AAB at A-level or equivalent qualifications.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• International equivalents include a GPA of 3.5 or above at degree level, 33 or above in the International Baccalaureate, AABBBB at Scottish Higher, or ABB at Advanced Scottish Higher.
• A score of 550/750 or above in Gaokao.
