Our Engineering Team

The Engineering team at Pigment is responsible for the development of our SaaS platform, ensuring it is comprehensive and user-friendly. Our engineers are involved in every stage of the application development lifecycle, focusing on design, coding, and maintaining the production platform. While specialization exists, we encourage collaboration between backend and frontend developers. Our culture emphasizes user-centricity, pragmatism, curiosity, humility, trust, ownership, and teamwork. Our technical stack includes C# on .NET Core, Linux, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, RabbitMQ, and Circle CI.

About This Role

We are seeking a candidate who possesses strong software engineering skills beyond just knowledge of specific languages or frameworks. The ideal candidate will be able to translate functional requirements into elegant designs and deliver high-quality code. A deep understanding of the product and customer needs is essential for suggesting innovative ideas that deliver value to end users.

Who You Are

• Experience as a software engineer working on a product in production.
• Demonstrated experience in infrastructure, including Kubernetes, IaC tooling, and public cloud services.
• Proven ability to design object-oriented software using languages such as C#, Java, C++, Golang, Rust, Python, or Ruby.
• Strong team spirit and a problem-solving attitude.
• A good dose of humility and a willingness to grow, regardless of your current experience level.
