We are seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at Rightmove. Our mission is to simplify the moving process for everyone by providing the best resources and support. As part of the UK’s largest property platform, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our partnerships with various stakeholders, including estate agents, developers, and commercial property agents.

In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to shape and execute marketing strategies that cater to our partners’ needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with sales, product, and commercial teams to understand partner requirements and develop targeted marketing plans.
• Designing and implementing pilot programs, ensuring a smooth transition to market launch and retention strategies.
• Creating compelling marketing campaigns and communications to help partners leverage Rightmove’s products effectively.
• Utilizing research and analytics to inform marketing strategies and provide insights to internal teams and partners.
• Monitoring campaign performance and adjusting tactics to achieve optimal results, while tracking personal and team KPIs.
• Working with the CRM team to enhance customer journeys and partner engagement.
• Coordinating with various marketing teams to execute plans that improve partner experience and retention.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
