Audit Placement – Gatwick – September 2027 Overview

Join our audit team for a 12-month paid placement starting on 14 September 2027, as part of your sandwich degree program. This opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience while working alongside both current trainees and experienced audit professionals.

As a member of our audit team, you will engage in real client work from the outset, conducting thorough, risk-focused reviews of clients’ financial records, processes, and controls. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and fostering trust among stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Becoming an integral part of our team from day one, initially participating in team projects before taking on individual responsibilities.
• Working with a diverse array of clients, including owner-managed businesses, large listed groups, charities, pension schemes, and other not-for-profit organizations.

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 112 UCAS points across three A levels or equivalent level 3 qualifications, or 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).
• Enrollment in a placement degree program.
• An existing, permanent right to live and work in the UK.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• The ability to analyze and interpret data to solve problems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and remain calm under pressure.
• A genuine interest in business and commerce, along with strong organizational and time management skills.
• A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.
