As an Associate within the Client Service team, you will serve as the vital link connecting clients with the expert insights they require. Your daily tasks will involve managing multiple projects for top-tier clients, including investors and strategists, who seek expert knowledge to guide their decision-making processes. This role is highly communicative and requires adept multitasking across various workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit experts by engaging in phone conversations to identify the best matches for client projects, often under tight deadlines.
• Gain a thorough understanding of project contexts and the legal and regulatory environments affecting clients and experts.
• Take ownership of all project aspects, from initiating and managing communications to scheduling calls for seamless collaboration.

Success in this Role

Success as an Associate means gaining exposure to the business world without being confined to a single industry. You will develop transferable skills in commercial and client management, including professional communication, negotiation, persuasion, and project management. There is a clear path for advancement, with opportunities to progress to Manager within 24-30 months and to Vice President in approximately five years. Completing the Associate Program may also qualify you for our MBA Tuition Program, which offers financial support for top business schools worldwide.

Requirements

• Strong academic credentials with an undergraduate degree classified as 2:1 or above.
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievements during your academic career.
• Relevant internship experience that demonstrates applicable skills.
• Fluency in English and German (C2 level) is required; experience living or working in continental Europe is preferred.

• First-year compensation between £48,500 and £57,500, including a base salary of £41,500 and uncapped variable compensation based on individual performance.
